QuoteForge delivery & support

Beta delivery is by email after payment verification, not immediate automated download.

After checkout

1. Keep your PayPal payment confirmation or transaction reference.
2. Send a message to gotrootdude@gmail.com identifying the purchased product, payment reference, and the email address you want to receive the software.
3. The seller verifies the completed order before providing the private QuoteForge ZIP and installation instructions.
4. Extract the ZIP on your device and open index.html in a modern browser. No subscription or server account is necessary.

Do not email PayPal login credentials, bank numbers or card details.

Problems and refunds

If you don't receive your file, encounter a software defect, or want to request a refund, email gotrootdude@gmail.com with the order reference and a description of the issue. Requests will be handled according to applicable rules and buyer rights.
